but the flames – a full-length poetry collection

I am thrilled to announce that my full-length poetry collection but the flames is now available for PRESALE. Click HERE to order.

So excited about this… not just about the book, but about the blurbs others have written… people whose works I admire… poets and authors who KNOW what they’re talking about, and these poets do not just hand out praise without merit.

Thank you to Kelli Russel Agodon.

Thank you to Kevin Rabas.

Thank you to Carol Kapaun Ratchenski.

Thank you to Kaecey McCormick.

So many other people to thank and appreciate. The words “Thank You” just do not seem like enough.

Brian Taylor, to whom this book is dedicated, was the reason I started writing again after a ten year hiatus. Brian gave me feedback. He gave me permission to use my voice and write MY way. Brian was my instructor back when I was working at Wash U in St. Louis. I did not realize how much of an impact he had on my life, and I wish I could share this with him and let him know just how much his input affected my writing life.

If anyone who is reading this blog has any idea of how to reach the family of former WUSTL poetry instructor Brian Taylor, please let them know I wish to share this book with them. I know it’s been 15 years since I took the class… still, this is important to me.
